These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of credit.loanphixer.com, operated by LoanPhixer ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing a report, or registering as a DSA partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide an online platform to purchase CIBIL/credit information reports sourced from a licensed credit bureau data partner, and a DSA partner portal allowing registered businesses to pull reports against a prepaid token wallet, either through the web portal or our API.
You must provide accurate, current information when purchasing a report or registering a DSA account. DSA partner accounts are subject to admin review and activation, and may require valid KYC documentation (PAN, Aadhar, and where applicable, GST registration). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API key, and for all activity under your account.
By submitting a report request, you confirm that you are the data subject (or are authorized to act on their behalf) and explicitly consent to us querying the credit bureau for the report.
All payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable GST. A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated and emailed for every successful payment.
Credit reports are generated using data supplied by our bureau data partner. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy or completeness of the underlying bureau data. Any disputes regarding the content of a credit report should be raised with the credit bureau directly.
Tokens credited to a DSA wallet are non-transferable and may only be used to pull reports through the portal or API on that account. The token cost per report is set by us and may change at any time; the prevailing cost at the time of a report pull will apply. DSA partners must keep their API key confidential and are responsible for all usage of their key. We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
You agree not to: use the service to pull a report on any individual without their valid consent; attempt to circumvent payment, security, or rate-limiting controls; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
All content, branding, and software on this platform are the property of LoanPhixer and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on a credit report's contents.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office.
